Onions Australia hosted its annual conference in Sydney last week – attracting 40 industry representatives.
The conference spanned two days and included a meeting of the Onions Australia executive committee, a delegates dinner, tour of the Sydney Markets, AGM and Levy Payers’ meeting.
One of the highlights of the event was the presentation by keynote speaker Scott Gooding, who has recently been appointed as an advocate for the industry’s Secret Serve marketing campaign, designed to increase knowledge and consumption of Australian onions.
