The Market City Golf Day was held on Friday at Glen Iris Golf Course, Jandakot, Western Australia with 17 teams participating for the Market City Classic trophy.
This was the first golf day since Market City was purchased by an industry consortium from the government in 2016.
It was run as a four ball ambrose event and sponsored by Perth Markets Ltd (the new owner of Market City), Toyota Materials Handling, Market West and Chep.
The prizes on offer included a $30,000 forklift for a hole in one at the 12th hole, sponsored by Toyota Materials Handling.
Other prizes were provided by Prosser Toyota, Market City Tavern, Kleenheat and Glen Iris.
The winners were KGC Transport team called Golden Eagle 17, the Quality Produce team named Peas and Gravy and the Aldi team called Albertruss Tomatoes.
