ADDS Up Engineering is a company that supplies product knowledge and service to the agricultural industry.
After numerous requests from its customers to manufacture a trailer tank for under-tree spraying for treating orchard floors and capable of spraying products such as gypsum and lime/calcium, the company has designed a new sprayer based on its successful fertigation units using the spherical tank shape and agitation.
The new capsule trailer sprayer is available in three sizes: 2000L, 3000L and 4500L.
They are a cylindrical design with spherical tank shaped ends.
In the tradition of Adds Up Engineering's proven and very successful fertigation tanks, the company uses the same spherical shape on either end.

The new trailer sprayer is shaped like a capsule giving superior tank agitation, both mechanical or, if required, venturi's from the pump bypass.
The company is also trialling new open impellers (poly prop or stainless steel) with a different number of vanes (eg two, three, four or the standard five impeller vanes), allowing a new pump curve for specific flow/pressure rates required.
Adds Up Engineering has searched the world for spray nozzles and now highly recommend fan spray ball nozzles.
These are a hand-adjustable "tilt and rotate" nozzle.
Tilting down and slightly rotating the flat fan allows for a wider spray path.
Using two nozzles, making adjustments to suit, the user can spray under trees on both sides in one pass, depending on under tree skirting height.
The under-tree capsule trailer sprayer is capable of supplying non-dissolving products for orchardists.
The smooth design of the capsule tanks will also double as a sprayer tank in any orchard.
