ONION growers walked fields, tasted products and discussed industry issues at this year's Onions Australia Annual Conference at Swan Hill, Victoria.
While onions were the main fare on the menu, there were plenty of other things to see and do.
Onions Australia chair, Pete Shadbolt and his brother Rohan, combined to host a jam packed event, which pulled together the highlights of the region.
Starting with an informal get together at Java Spice restaurant, delegates indulged in a Thai feast courtesy of Just Onions and Terranova Seeds.

From there the OA executive committee met the next morning, before the group embarked on a tour of a citrus export packing facility, and then heading on to look at onion crops and beetroot packing.
The evening events featured a cruise on the PS Pyap, with entertainment provided by Caitlyn Bannan.
Spoons Riverside restaurant provided an onion-themed dinner. During the evening, guests popped across to the Pioneer Settlement for the Heartbeat of the Murray Laser Light Show.
An auction was held to raise funds for the Leukaemia Foundation.
Paul Williamson from Just Onions, along with Rohan Shadbolt, auctioned off two custom built fire boxes donated by OA key strategic partner TriCal.
Zadco and Scotties Point Farms dug deep to raise a combined $2750 for the charity during the entertaining auction.
The next day featured the Onions Australia Levy Payers' Day - which was filled with presentations from key industry stakeholders.
Organisers thanked industry sponsors Terranova, EE Muir & Sons, Dobmac Machinery, AgNova, TriCal, NuFarm, Monsanto Seminis, Corteva and Barmac for their support.
Next year's conference will be held in Tailem Bend, South Australia in October. The industry's next levy payers' event will be held as a shoulder event to Hort Connections in Brisbane from June 15-17, with the OA event to be held the day prior on June 14.
