FUTURE OF WINE: University of Tasmania senior lecturer in climatology Dr Rebecca Harris says mean growing season temperature for Victoria wine growers could rise by 4 degrees by 2100.

A NEW report has found wine growers will be forced to adapt their operations due to a warming climate, and the Yarra Valley could experience temperatures similar to what Swan Hill currently experiences within 80 years.
