THE team behind liquid fertilister and plant nutrition business, Stoller Australia, met up in Adelaide this month to reinforce their purpose and look to the future.
Activities commenced with the launch of the global MVV (Mission Vision Values) in Australia.
The technical and sales team discussed the outcomes of new global research and ways to share new Stoller Innovation and Knowledge with the Australian stakeholders.
Stoller has a global presence with more than 20 business units worldwide.
Marketing officer, Niall Tidd, said the new MVV roll out will harmonise the market and operational approach for all of the international operations.
“It is a good feeling to know that we are sharing a vision amongst the whole group and we were also happy to welcome visitors this week from North America and China to share in the process,” Mr Tidd said.
Stoller has several global values (excellence, customer, knowledge, people, integrity and innovation) and the group had time to participate in exercises and planning to ensure a united approach using these values for operation of the Australian Stoller company.
Later in the week, the meeting concluded with a barbecue at the new Largs Bay facility where a number of suppliers, customers and stakeholders came to celebrate Stoller’s progress with Port Adelaide mayor, Gary Johanson, making a speech welcoming Stoller’s expansion in the region.
Stoller Australia general manager, Richard Emery, said it was a very productive week with the whole Australian team becoming more aligned.
“Stoller Australia is heading in a good direction and we are now even better equipped to empower people and improve lives in the Agricultural sector,” Mr Emery said.
