BOWEN horticulture growers Jamie and Melita Jurgens and their two adult children, Jacob and Jessica, of Vee Jay's Kalfresh, say the Pacific Australia Labour Mobility (PALM) scheme has been critical for securing a reliable seasonal migrant workforce for their operation.
